ITINERARY

• Day 1:

  Arrive Siem Reap where you will be met by your Local English speaking guide and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon visit Angkor Thom. You have the choice of either walking along the path of the 8m high laterite city wall to the Death Gate or continuing around by road.

• Day 2:

  Travel to Srah Srang and onto Ta Prohm. From Ta Promh walk through the forest to the seldom visited temple of Ta Nei before continuing onto Ta Nei, all before a a light breakfast. Followed by a climb to the top of Ta Keo temple for a view over the forest. Return for lunch before an afternoon exploring more of the countryside with a 3 hour walk to reach Prasat Prei temple.

• Day 3:

  A half day kayaking trip to one of the floating and stilted fishing villages on the edge of the great Tonle Sap. Afternoon at leisure.

• Day 4:

  Start this morning with a once in a life time experience to witness the sunrise over Angkor Wat temple. Returning to the hotel for a late breakfast. This afternoon transfer to Siem Reap airport for your onward journey.
