Day 1: Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi anytime today where you will be met for a transfer to your hotel.  

Day 2: Hanoi
Enjoy a morning city tour with highlights including Hoa Lo prison, the Women’s Museum and The Temple of Literature. After lunch at KOTO a restaurant training disadvantaged youth visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and walk the Old Quarter.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay
Depart Hanoi and head to Halong Bay for an overnight cruise. Cruise amongst the limestone islands with stops along the way. 

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hoi An
Cruise back to port and onto Hanoi Airport for a flight to Danang followed by a transfer to Hoi An.

Day 5: Hoi An
Discover the ancient ruins of My Son in the morning followed by an afternoon walking tour of Hoi An’s historic town. Admire the ancient shop houses, the Japanese covered bridge and the myriad of beautiful lanterns.

Day 6: Hoi An
Today is at leisure or take part in an optional tour (additional cost) choose from a cooking class, bicycle tour of a countryside village or an ethnic village tour.

Day 7: Hoi An – Hue via the Hai Van Pass
Today travel to Hue via the spectacular Hai Van Pass. You’ll visit Marble Mountain, the Dragon Bridge in Danang and the Cham Museum along the way.

Day 8: Hue
Explore the historical significance on a city tour of the small city of Hue – highlights include Thien Mu Pagoda, the Ancient Citadel and the tomb of the Emperor Khai Dinh.

Day 9: Hue – Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy a tour of all the main sights including the Notre Dame Cathedral, Ho Chi Minh Central Post Office and the War Museum.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Enjoy a magical speedboat trip up Saigon River to visit the infamous Cu Chi Tunnels.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) – Mekong Delta – Can Tho
Depart Ho Chi Minh City for a drive through the beautiful agricultural areas known as the fruit bowl of Vietnam – the Mekong Delta. A boat trip then takes you across the river to explore the myriad of estuaries and islands.

Day 12: Mekong Delta – Chau Doc
Travel by boat to the biggest floating market in the Mekong at Cai Rang. An amazing spectacle awaits as you witness the daily ritual of the markets. Later, continue by road further into the Mekong with stops along the way.

Day 13: Mekong Delta – Phnom Penh
Early morning, board the Victoria speed boat for your journey up-river to Phnom Penh. From the comfort of your seat, watch life unfold in front of you. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh you will later visit the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda.

Day 14: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap
Visit the notorious Tuol Sleng Museum and Killing Fields located just outside of Phnom Penh before a catching a flight to Siem Reap. This evening, enjoy a dinner of Khmer cuisine – then head on to the big top to enjoy Cambodia’s own Cirque type show – Phare, the Cambodian Circus.

Day 15: Siem Reap
Today enjoy a full day exploring the stunning Angkor Temples including the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat.

Day 16: Siem Reap
Transfer to Siem Reap Airport where tour arrangements end.
