Day 1 Auckland

Depart from Auckland Airport at 11:15 am. Travel with Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong to arrive at your destination in Katunayake, Sri Lanka. Check-in at the Galle Face Hotel, just a short distance in Colombo.

Day 2 Dilmah Tea HQ (B,L,D)

In the morning visit has been organized to visit Dilmah Tea’s HQ in Colombo, you will be shown the history of the Tea Industry in Sri Lanka along with some Tea Tasting & meet the Dilmah Teas founders Fernando Family.

Day 3 Royal Colombo Club (B,L,D)

Spend the day in Colombo golfing at the Royal Colombo Golf Club. The Royal Colombo Golf Club is 5,770 m long (par 71). A flat course with broad fairways which looks simple enough however with many water hazards and well- guarded bunkers. It is a 20 minute drive from any of the star class hotels in the city.

Day 4 Colombo - Kandy (B,L,D)

Enjoy breakfast at the resort beofre proceeding to Kandy, the hill country capital. Check in at the resort and spend some time at leisure. Enjoy a cultural performance in the evening after visiting the Temple of the Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 5 Victoria Golf Club (B,L,D)

Have breakfast at the resort and enjoy the day golfing at the Victoria Golf Course.

Day 6 Ultimate Tea Day (B,L,D)

Today take the train Journey to Hatton. The 2 hour train journey to Hatton is a glorious way to see the rolling countryside from your observation car, as you climb into the hills and tea plantations. Check in at Ceylon Tea Trails, an icon for small luxury resorts, comprising of five restored historic tea planter residences, perched at an altitude of 1250 meters in Sri Lanka’s panoramic Ceylon tea region.

Day 7 Hatton to Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (B,L,D)

Breakfast at Tea Trails and enjoy the place until we depart for Nuwara around midday, the journey is 40km winding scenic. Arrive at the Grand Hotel in time for a late lunch.

Day 8 Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (B,L,D)

Golf is the Theme today as you are right next to one of Sri Lanka’s earliest courses. Enjoy the day golfing at the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club.

Day 9 Nuwara Eliya - Hambantota (B,L,D)

Enjoy breakfast at the resort before proceed to Hambantota and check in at the resort. Take part in a jeep safari at Yala National Park during the day before the evening at your leisure.

Day 10 Golf at Shangi La Hambantota (B,L,D)

Early in the day take off to leopard country! It is the second largest and the most visited of all National Parks in Sri Lanka. Its varied ecosystems provide favourable habitats for a large population of Leopards recognized as the largest density of Leopards in the world. In addition there are Elephant, Sloth bear, Monkey, 215 species of birds and other interesting wildlife. After lunch at the resort enjoying golfing at the Shangri La Golf Resort.

Day 11 Golf at Shangi La Hambantota (B,L,D)

Shangri-La’s Hambantota Golf Resort & Spa is the only golf resort in Sri Lanka. Spread across a vast coconut palm plantation, the par-70, 18 hole golf course offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean, with distinctive challenges for both beginners and seasoned players. Dining is available at the Resort all Day.

Day 12 Hambantota to Galle (B,L)

Enjoy breakfast at the resort and proceed to Galle for lunch at the Pedlars Inn. Go on a tour of the Galle Fort before checking in at the hotel and spend the evening at leisure followed by dinner

Day 13 Galle - Colombo (B,L)

The morning is free to explore Galle. The old part of Galle, Galle Fort, is as its name implies surrounded by a big city wall. The city was built by the Dutch, beginning in 1663, and even today it is an amazing collection of structures dating back through the centuries. Depart from Galle and stop just up the coast for an afternoon of eating seafood and enjoying the beach.

Day 14 Colombo Airport - Hong Kong International Airport

Depart from Bandaranaike International Airport flying to Hong Kong International Airport. Take the Airport Express Train to Hong Kong Island and Board your Junk at the Central Pier for a Day on the Water. Return to the airport and relax and freshen up with a 3 Hour Lounge Pass before your night flight to Auckland.

Day 15 Auckland Airport

Arrive back in Auckland Airport.
