Travel by overnight train from Hanoi to Sapa on this three night tour.
Arrive early morning at Lao Cai on the Chinese border before transferring to Sapa. Sneak through the market and leave the busy town behind as you head downhill to Cat Cat Village. Trek via dirt trails through rice paddy terraces all whilst taking in the spectacular scenery along a narrow river. Visit villages of the Black Hmong minorities enlivened by the flashes of shining jewellery from the necks and wrists of indigo-clad women. Enjoy time at leisure to self-explore Sapa or visit one of the areas weekly markets which rotate daily, selling wonderful crafts all made by the local ethnic tribes.
