Nagoya

Accessible by rail and air, Nagoya is the largest city in central Japan and is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding mountainous areas of Gifu and Nagano.

Commonly renowned as an important industrial area, the city still offers a dynamic and modern feel as displayed in the Sakae, Fushimi, Osu and Nagoya ‘Meieki’ districts. Rich in culture and history, Japanese gardens, shrines and Nagoya Castle complement the current establishments.

From art and entertainment to shopping, dining and nightlife, Nagoya offers something for all and makes for a great stop on any Japan itinerary.
