On this amazing tour you’ll discover locations and visit little known hideouts used during the US-Vietnam war. Re-live the historic moment at the end of the war and the amazing lengths some people went to for peace. An insightful look into a period that has shaped Vietnam to what it is today. Visit the old CIA building where US personnel and South Vietnamese were evacuated as North Vietnamese took the city in 1975. The network of tunnels under the Ho Chi Minh Museum were constructed as an escape network for the former Prime Minister of South Vietnam in 1962 walk through a portion of them. We’ll make a stop in front of the Reunification Palace where your guide will explain it’s history and discover a cellar in District 3 that was used to store a secret weapon stash. Complete the tour by visiting the statue of Thich Quang Duc erected to commemorate the burning monk.
