Begin with a visit to the Oceanographic Institute, built by the French in the early 20th century.

View the huge humpback whale skeleton found by a farmer digging in North Vietnam. Still preserved in good condition, thousands of other specimens chemically preserved for science are viewable here. Next stop is Ponagar Cham Towers, built around the 8th century. The Cham built their towers and temples without cement and to this day, the tower still stands strong. The last stop is Chong Rocks Promontory, an impressive arrangement of boulders.
