This Sapa package is set amongst spectacular rolling hills in the north of Vietnam near the Chinese border.
It combines your overnight train journeys from Hanoi to Lao Cai (train station), accommodation in Sapa and a two day trek among colourful ethnic villages and through spectacular scenery. Mist often swirls around the hills as local villagers tend to their farms and animals and go about their daily life. The trek is easy for anyone of average fitness. Experience a stay with a local family, although arrangements are basic, you will be warmly welcomed and gain a unique insight into the local way of life – it will leave you with many wonderful memories.
