Itinerary


Day 1: Hanoi

Arrive in Hanoi where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Later, enjoy a walking tour through the myriad of fascinating streets of the Old Quarter, taking you up close to some of the speciality merchants and particularly impressive buildings.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Depart Hanoi and head for Halong Bay where you will enjoy an overnight cruise amid the limestone karsts.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Sapa (B)

Mid-morning, cruise back to port where you will be and transferred through to Hanoi Railway Station for your overnight train journey to Sapa.

Day 4: Sapa (B)

Arrive in Lao Cai and transfer to Sapa where the rest of the day is spent at leisure.

Day 5: Sapa (B, L, D)

Today, embark on a two day trek through the Sapa region giving you a glimpse into the traditional way of life. Overnight in a homestay.

Day 6: Sapa – Hanoi (B, L)

Trek back to the township before transferring back to Lao Cai for your overnight train journey to Hanoi.

Day 7: Hanoi (B)

Arrive early into Hanoi. Later, enjoy a half day city tour covering the key sights of the city.

Day 8: Hanoi (B)

Today, tour arrangements end upon check out from your hotel.
