Day 1: Hanoi (D)

Arrive in Hanoi. This afternoon, enjoy a walking tour. Tonight, be introduced to Vietnamese cuisine.

Day 2: Hanoi (B)

This morning, a city tour covers the main sights of Hanoi. Tonight, enjoy a Water Puppet Show.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Travel to Halong Bay for an overnight cruise – enjoy freshly caught seafood and local food from the region.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hue (B)

Cruise back to port and transfer to Hanoi Airport for a flight to Hue.

Day 5: Hue (B, L)

Today, tour key sights of Hue. For lunch, move on to a speciality restaurant, serving a twist on the popular pancake.

Day 6: Hue – Hoi An (B, D)

Travel the scenic Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. Tonight, dinner is at a riverside restaurant featuring a sampling menu of the local cuisine.

Day 7: Hoi An (B)

On a walking tour explore this quaint town with the afternoon spent at leisure.

Day 8: Hoi An (B, L)

This morning, enjoy a cooking class – be taught some key dishes and learn about Vietnamese ingredients.

Day 9: Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh City (B, D)

Transfer to Danang Airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City where the afternoon is spent at leisure. Tonight, enjoy a Steamboat dining experience – food cooked right at your table!

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)

Experience a day of sightseeing including the Cu Chi Tunnels. Tonight, enjoy a Vietnamese barbeque in an outdoor setting – charcoal tubs at your table with a choice of meats and vegetables for you to grill to taste.

Day 11: Mekong Delta Day Tour (B, L)

Continue on to the Mekong Delta – explore tributaries and local home industries. Sample fruit, freshly caught fish and produce from the region.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Today, transfer to Ho Chi Minh City Airport where tour arrangements end.
